Got a big list of email addresses and want to extract the company name and website?
This tool is for you. If your email is adam.smith@google.com this tool will extract the “google.com” domain and list it in a separate column. It’ll also list “Google” in another column so now you have the website and company name.

How it works
Paste your list
One email per line, or paste a column straight from a spreadsheet.
Choose the output
One row per company with a count of emails, or one row per email. Webmail and disposable addresses are skipped by default.
Copy or download
Copy pastes straight into a spreadsheet as columns, or download everything as a CSV.
Questions
How is the company name worked out?
From the domain, ignoring subdomains and the extension: mail.acme.co.uk becomes Acme, with the website acme.co.uk. Hyphens become spaces, so big-river.io becomes Big River.
Why are Gmail and Hotmail addresses skipped?
A webmail address tells you nothing about the company. Turn off "Skip webmail" if you want them included anyway.
Will the company name always be right?
It's the name in the domain, which is usually close. Abbreviations and brands whose domain differs from their trading name may need a quick edit.
Is my list uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser, so your emails are never sent to this website or anyone else. Close the tab and they're gone.
